Shipping Policy

Every St. Lloyd order ships from our US fulfillment center with full tracking from door to door.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2pm MT ship the same business day whenever possible; all orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Rates & Speed (United States)

Standard (5–7 business days): $9.95 — free on orders over $150. Express (2–3 business days): $19.95. Priority Overnight: $39.95 (orders placed before 12pm MT).

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your label is created, plus delivery updates along the way. You can also track any order from our Track Order page using your order number and email.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact support@stlloyd.com within 14 days and we will make it right immediately — replacement or refund, your choice.

International
